Southern California Percussion Alliance Drumline Competition Hosted by Rancho Cucamonga Marching Cougars
Saturday February 27th, 2010 First Performance 1:45pm Awards at 9:00pm Rancho Cucamonga High School gymnasium Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Admission: $8.00 children 5 and under are free * Food and beverages will be available
Next booster meeting will be Monday February 8th at 7:00pm.
Wind Ensemble will be wearing a tuxedo for the Chaffey festival, the Cal State Fullerton festival and the end of the year concert. There may be tuxedos needed for added events.
Jazz Band will need to wear black pants and black long sleeve shirt. Justin is looking for a tie to purchase in bulk because everyone will need the same tie. Girls who choose to wear a dress will need a black concert dress.
ATTENTION! ALL PARENTS NEEDED! The time has come for you to begin thinking about running for the Band Executive Board for the 2010-2011 school year.
As the parent of a band student we want you to begin thinking of how you can help the band program for the upcoming school year.
Are you able to help fundraise? Can you help out with uniforms? Are you good with computers or do you have accounting skills? Or are you a parent that wants to help in the Marching Band PIT crew?
ALL PARENTS ARE NEEDED! The band program is only as good as the help we recieve... Mr. Collins and the students cannot do their jobs if we don't help them out. Please help your student to have a successful band season. Thank you.
Band Banquet is scheduled for May 7th at the Senior Center. Cost is approx. $15.00 per person. Limited to band member and 2 guests. More info. to follow.
Band Camp begins on July 26, 2010 Please plan vacations accordingly.
Drumline Practice: Battery: Manditory Sectional Tuesdays 6-9pm Mondays 3-5pm Thursdays 4-8pm
