The Charms program is available for parents and students to use. Please contact Paul Fisher or Laurie Simonds to get your child's student id #. The school code is rcmc. You will need your student id # for the next page.
The next Booster Meeting will be on August 9th.
A payment of $350.00 is due on the first day of band camp. A payment of $350.00 is also due on August 23rd. A final payment of $250.00 will be due on September 20th. Please be sure to fill out and bring in the following forms: Medical forms/ Field Trip Permission Permit of Private Vehicle Transportation Waiver Form for RCMC Participation

Band Camp 2010
July 26-30 and August 2-6
Monday July 26th is for new members and leadership only. All returning members will report on July 27th.
Please make sure you have: WATER, sunscreen, instrument, WATER, music, pencils, dot books, WATER, hat, You will have an hour lunch break. IT WILL BE HOT...BRING WATER!
Car Wash is scheduled for July 31st! . We will be at Farmer Boys for the carwash. Monday, August 2nd, will be the dinner fundraiser night at Farmer Boys. 4pm - Closing
Schedule for working the car wash: 7:30am - 9:30am Color Guard (ALL MEMBERS) 9:00am - 11:00am Trumpets, Snares, Pit, Tuba Sections (ALL MEMBERS) 10:30am - 12:30pm Bass Drums, Tenor Sax, Trombones, Tenor Drums, French Horns (ALL MEMBERS) 12:00pm - 2:00pm Bass Clarinets, Baritones, Flutes (ALL MEMBERS) 1:30pm - 3:30pm Clarinets, Saxaphones (ALL MEMBERS)
ALL BAND MEMBERS AND GUARD MUST PARTICIPATE!
Band Lock-in will be on August 6th, the final day of Band Camp. The Lock-in will be in the MPR. 6:00pm Aug. 6th - 7:00am August 7th We will be eating, dancing and watching movies, and playing video games. Parents will be chaperoning and the students know the rules! Please bring your favorite movies so we can vote on which ones to watch. The cost is $6.00 paid to any of the band council during band camp. We would like to have a Dodgeball game before the lock-in. We would also like to have aTalent Show during the Lock-in. Come prepared for BOTH!!!

Program ads are available for purchase in the NEW Marching Band Programs. This is another way to add money to your student accounts! Please begin selling NOW!!! If you are interested in working Quakes please contact: Beth Tanakaya or Shirley Massey to schedule dates.
