To all RCMC Parents and Students,

 

With the current school year ending, we are now getting ready for the Marching Season.  With that comes our much-anticipated Fall Program.  As many of you know, this is a great way to help with your Marching Band Fees.  Attached you will find a letter of introduction and the ad pricing.  This year, due to the cost involved with printing and binding, the breakdown will be the same as last year.  For all business ads, the students will be credited 80% to their account while 20% will go to cover the cost (sell a $25.00 ad and $20.00 goes to your account and $5.00 to pay expenses).

When you are soliciting for ads, remember they need to be either camera ready or on media of some type (floppy disc or CD-ROM).

 

We are only offering black and white ads.  The only exception to this is the inside front and rear covers.  The price would be more and you will need to call before you commit to color or the inside covers.

We are also offering Personal Ads.  The prices are as follows:

 

     ¼ Page                      $ 25.00

     ½ Page                      $ 50.00

     Full Page                  $100.00

 

All proceeds from the personal ads goes to the printing cost.
